A Graduate or Degree in Human Resources Management with Min 3 plus years in IT Recruitment.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or a similar role (Only IT Recruitment).
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Job Portals, Social Media).
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
