Prime responsibility:-To ensure sales of the products
Responsibilities :-
Achievement of monthly/ yearly sales targets
Recruitment and maintaining required manpower/team
Assign and allocate territory to ensure daily work and reporting
Participation in BTL activities Road shows/Exhibitions /camps
Converting to sales , leads allotted centrally through sales and team
Achieve sales targets as per company norms daily / weekly /monthly individually and through the sales team.
Ensure consistent performance of each team member by contionulsy monitoring
Timely payment collections
Conduct weekly training of team on products , selling skills etc.
salary between 17,000-18,000 CTC. plus opportunity to earn 25,000-30,000 per month. candidate who have relevant experience of 2 years in direct marketing should only apply.
