1. Report to the Construction Manager
2. To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site
3. Lead site teams (up to 25 persons)
4. Site supervision, establishment of daily reporting, planning and scheduling of daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, etc.
5. Establish good relationship with all relevant parties
6. Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities requirements
7. Ensure Site required documents are in good order
8. Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, Development of Procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawing, and specifications.
