Lead Software Developer - Project Management @ Cannysys IT

Desired Candidate Profile

We're looking for a smart, well-rounded Lead Developer who enjoys solving complex problems using clean, efficient and more performant methods and putting those solutions into action whilst working in a team.-

Important : Job location is Kukatpally, Hyderabad (those who are located outside Hyderabad and willing to relocate can also apply).-

Experience : 7 +- years of relevant experience in these technologies (PHP / Java / .NET) with Node.js and React.js (at least 2 years). Essential Skills Required & Responsibilities :

1.Good Exposure in Database Design, Performance Tuning, Replication, Multi-Tenants database architecture for Software Service (SaaS) database applications that run in a Cloud environment

2. Strong experience with relevant technologies

3. Define interfaces and modules

4. Strong UML skills

5. Has great analytical skills

6. Able to identify edge cases and handle exceptions

7. Able to merge codes developed by others & manage the CI / CD

8. Able to critically analyze different implementations and select the most suitable ones

9. Can follow Agile rituals without fail & Can lead the scrum team to follow Agile religiously

10. Can Ensure the re-usability of code across products Excellent communication & presentation skills to be able to 11. work with client CTOs directly & charm them with knowledge

13. Can train the Level 1 to be efficient and prepare them to extreme Programming principles 14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new and innovative features

15. Establish standards and best practices to deliver clean, scalable and maintainable code

16. Generate bug-free code quickly and efficiently 17. Develop use cases, test cases and create automated unit test scripts

18. Continuously improving application performance

19. Create high-level implementation documents and supports team to create low-level technical documents
