Urgent Hiring For Civil Engineer / Site Engineer @ Star Tech

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Site execution starts from line layout to completion of project till the handover.
- Coordination of electrical work (HVAC / Chiller Plant etc.), plumbing & fire-fighting works.
- The Civil engineer will be responsible to supervise the day today management of the site which includes monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.
- Material management, site management, manage labour on site & responsible for safety on site (Goods and Human).
- Should have a knowledge of Pre-engineered buildings, well versed with site compliance and PEB process.
- Should be able to handle the interior projects right from the concept level to the finishing level independently, responsibilities include analyzing the client requirement, conceptualization of the plan.
- Project scheduling including material & manpower planning, anchoring & supervising on site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
- Good knowledge in Interior works, fit-out, HVAC, etc.
- Completion and handover the project, handling the team, dealing with sub contractors etc, should prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports ensuring quality of work.
- Proficiency in English language, excel and autocad.
- Supervision of all site labour, work & raw material.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports of site.
- Should have knowledge of making measurement sheet, site survey with taking site measurement.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.
- Should have knowledge of MS office & must be a computer savvy.
- Should have knowledge of raw material calculation as per the site requirement.
- Material inspection at site.
- Ensure all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the given specification.
- Should be hard working & professional in working.
- Coordination with design team for project drawings.
- Responsible for site execution.
- Having experience in construction industry with an experience of making factory or plant would be an added advantage.
