Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Candidate should have experience in execution of Central Air Conditioning projects.
To ensure timely completion of projects, project profitability and positive cash flow.
Ensure quality of installation at Project Sites.
Effectively mobilize available resources and strive for on time project completion.
PA Manpower Planning depending upon work load
Knowledge of Central Air-Conditioning equipment like chillers, pumps, compressors, AHUs, ducting design, filter, Operational parameters, Green Building concepts, etc
