Job Description

* 100 % smooth delivery

* Supervise all delivery boys

* Visit all our Hubs/Points regularly and groom the Delivery Boys

* Proper work allocation*Maintaining Attendance, Incentives and Penalty sheet

*Daily Dispatch Orders check and plan in advance as per the Summary.

* Delivery escalations has to be sorted immediately.
