Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Business Analyst
In this role candidate will be responsible to engage with Project Managers & Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements, acquire an understanding of current state processes and business context, apply a structured project management approach and methodology, participate in the project s prioritization process
Responsibilities
- Engage with Project Managers & Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements.
- Apply a structured project management approach and methodology
- Participate in the project s prioritization process
- Develop key program artefacts, reporting & communication plans
- Full service project management leading & engaging in all project lifecycle phases
- Work with IT in developing & implementing appropriate technical solutions
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plan, change implementation plan and training plan
- Manage cross functional relationships (including at the Senior Executive level) across the group
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding of current state processes and business context
- Full service project management
