Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Transaction

This process supports the Customer Service Delivery operations of the Wealth Management & insurance arm. Youre responsible to look after the transaction processing from account originations to payments

Further, it relates to credit card fraud operations including chargeback, fraud detecting, customer service support through mail and phone.

Responsibilities
  • Leading day to day operations and taking care of process metrics
  • Proactive approach in recognizing emerging trends like potential frauds, accuracy, staffing challenges and fix them
  • Identify process anomalies and get those fixed
  • Drive efficiency in teams in tune of 10-15% every year.
  • Should be able to communicate efficient with client and the Process management on issues related to the subject
  • Provide Critical VOC / observations or bring up patterns to the business in case of any anomalies.
  • Drive the digital agenda in the business.
  • Developing next generation of people leaders
  • Resource should have ability to work and operate in a high volume and timeline environment to meet Service Level Agreements & customer demands.
  • Proven ability to work with customers and efficient communicating anomalies
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • B. Com / BBA / Economic Hons
  • Good communication, facilitation, and social skills required.
  • Excellent analytical skills, MIS understanding, should be able to work on PowerPoint presentations
  • Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and lead all to completion
Preferred qualifications
  • Post-Graduation
  • Customer service experience
