Inviting applications for the role ofPrincipal Consultant Senior Business Analyst
In this role candidate will be responsible to implement various strategic business initiatives and regulatory requirement needs as part of model risk management
Responsibilities
- Be part of Model Risk Management technology team
- Collection and documentation of functional and technical requirements.
- Test case preparation and review; Perform user acceptance testing when required.
- Work in an agile model partnering with business and IT stakeholders.
- Manage product documentation/user guide and ensure it is in line with product functionality.
- Perform data analysis for new features when required.
- Collaborating within a project team comprised of hardworking employees with diverse and complementary skills
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Degree educated in a related subject (IT/Math/ Engineering/Finance/Business)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in the financial domain as a business analyst
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle and Defect triage
- Strong experience in Requirement analysis, test case preparation and user acceptance testing
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask across different functional requirements and track them appropriately.
- Ability to think out of the box, keen observer and eye for details.
- Should demonstrate qualities of being a good team player.
- Good Interpersonal skills working in agile scrum team.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to write simple queries for data analysis.
- Experience working in a global delivery model engaging with stakeholders across regions.
- Experience in requirement gathering tools like wireframes.
- Knowledge of devops is a plus.
