Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate - Monitoring
Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer with experience in monitoring IT Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Using monitoring tools to monitor Infrastructure and Applications
- Knowledge of connecting to Linux and Windows servers
- Experience is providing SOP based delivery
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications:Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred qualificationsVery good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
