Freelance Recruiter for Call Center (Voice) and Bulk Hiring
Freelancer Recruiter will be responsible for managing our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The responsibilities include sourcing candidates from Job Portals, Social Media, Referrals etc. The role demands hands on experience with various job interview formats, including screenings, phone interviews to help us recruit faster and more effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Souring profiles from different channels
- Screening resumes
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to team
- Performing phone interviews with candidates
- Coordinating interviews with the team
- Regular job posting on social media & job boards.
- Following up on the interview process status
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 6 month of experience in call center hiring for voice process/ bulk recruitment/ volume hiring/ calling process!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location: PAN INDIA
Joining : Immediate
Note: Should have their own laptop/mobile/ internet
