In this role you will be responsible for managing customer investment account Opening account, applying contributions, processing withdrawals, maintenance of accounts and reconcile the account. The candidate must be willing to work flexible and varying shifts through the year and must react positively, persistently and effectively to calls/emails seeking clarifications, have a customer centric approach in problem solving.
Responsibilities- To be able to interpret the request and work on them
- Work well in the current frame of things & ability to raise when required
- Should have a customer-focused approach & Attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
- Relationship management ability with internal customers
- Quick Learner & Results-oriented
- Good Excel Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- B. Com Graduate
- Relevant Wealth management experience.
- Preferred prior experience in Banking
- MS Office Knowledge with Good Typing Speed
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
