Roles and Responsibilities

• Portfolio management, litigation support.
• Working knowledge of Trademarks laws in particular and IPRs in general.
• Assistance Drafting and Filing Reply to Examination Report for Patents and Trademark.
• Documentation for applying for new trademark.
• Preparing trademark report and renewal of Trademark.
• Responding to Objections and Oppositions raised by the Indian Patent & Trade Mark Office or Third Parties.
• Trademark search. (Domestic and International)
• Preparing deeds of assignments for various trademarks
