Job Description

Greetings of the day!

We are hiring for a Recruiter.
Minimum experience - 1 to 4 years
*Good communication skills is a must.

Location - Noida

1. Understand and work on the requirements for various positions for NON IT Industry specifically for FMCG , Consumer Durable.
2. Mobilize human resources through various means such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Advertising, References.
3. Screening through CVs, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client.
4. Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken.
5. Maintaining & updating the Database.
6. Maintaining invoice details of hired candidates.
7. Should be Target Driven.
8. In case of an experienced candidate, They should have experience in permanent and domestic recruitment/ experience in hiring for the clients.
