Job Description :

Will be working as Regional Manager for entire team of Sales, Operations & Service for the entire state

Maintaining cordial relations with dealer and their staff for implementing business strategies to achieve target

Converting key customer

Assessing performance as well as monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities

Managing network of dealers across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach

Conducting training programs to enhance operational efficiencies of workforce, focusing on technical & customer care aspect

Directing and administering the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets

Performing monthly sales forecasting & competitive analysis to determine accurate performance levels & need for growth into current and additional product categories

Exploring potential business avenues and managing marketing & sales operations for business expansion
