Roles and Responsibilities
- Manages, evaluate and directs all operations, staffing, revenue and expense goals, and marketing aspects.
- Respond to member/guest suggestions, concerns, and complaints in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.
- Encourage and support staff to pursue advanced training, development and growth opportunities.
- Recruit and train Fitness Trainers in their respective job duties.
- Prepare weekly schedules and work assignments for Fitness Trainers.
- Monitor the initial workouts of new customers and provide feedback.
- Offer various fitness programs to suite customers specific needs.
- Ensure the staff is providing high quality customer service and and assistance to the membership.
- Work with other staffs to achieve monthly target.
- Ensure that all staffs follow centers procedures and policies.
- Resolve issues and complaints pertaining to personal training from customers.
- Implement customer suggestions and recommendations to optimize training program.
- Enhance staff retention by making it a motivating and engaging place to work with professional development opportunities.
- Preparing Renewals, Visitors, data analysis, P&L reports of the branches.
- Direct Employee assessment process.
- Ensure Employee works productively & develop professionally.
- Design Strategy & Set goals for growth.
- Evaluate & decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure & talent.
- Manages & Directs - Pan India Branches.
- Visits to branches frequently for Meetings & Auditing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preferably a Male Candidate.
- A bachelors degree with 6 to 7 years of management experience.
- MBA's will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate fitness.
- Physiotherapist's preferred.
- A thorough knowledge of financial reporting such as budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning.
- Ability to multi-task, execute time management and problem-solving skills, organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to hire, coach, train and develop staff.
- Competent with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and finance/payroll systems.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
Local Candidates would be Preferred.
