Hexaware is hiring for Assistant Manager profile for Insurance sales.

Below are the Job Details

Job Location - Mahape, Ghansoli (Navi Mumbai)

Qualification - HSC/Graduate.

Should have Min 6 months experience as Insurance Sales Assistant Manager (On papers)

Must have experience of Outbound Sales Voice (BFSI)

Roles & Responsibilities -

Should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage.

Should know to drive sales and meet the given target.

Should have handled 100+ agents with Supervisors and good people mgmt skills.

Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals

Responsible for staff retention within the team.

Should have worked on dialer

Should be aware of KRAS, KPIS, SLA, Occupancy, Attrition Formula, Shrinkage formula.

CTC - INR 7 Lac CTC (Depends on last CTC and experience)

Shifts - General shift (between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

One Rotational week off.
