Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managed recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of the offer and final placement.
- Handling recruitment from the executive level to middle-level positions
- Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and provide innovative solutions to the Business Unit head.
- Responsible for end to end hiring process from sourcing till on-boarding of the candidates
- Awareness of various sources from which candidates can be sourced for the role
- Engage with the candidate until the candidate accepts the offer and subsequently joins the company.
- Demonstrated strong track record in recruiting talent through various sources, which included Internet, Networking & references.
- To be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high-level skills in time, negotiation with applicants, and extends offers.
- To plan and strategize all the recruitment activities within defined time frames
- Establishing relationships with candidates.
- Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process
Desired Skills and Attribute:
1. Experience in Sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, email etiquette
3. Good negotiation and convincing skills
4. Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment may also be required depending on the program
5. Required Technical/ Functional Skills knowledge of job portals and other prevalent sources of recruitment.
6. Internet experience including job boards, job posting, and social networking
7. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies to include cold calling and direct sourcing
8. Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
