Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Skill Set : IIS Windows, Unix Shell scripting, Oracle, WebSphere, Basic knowledge on messaging products such as IBM MQ/Tibco

Secondary Skill Set : Additional knowledge on DEVOPS Concepts, Monitoring tools, AppDynamics/ITRS, ELK, Autosys

Good to have knowledge on ITRS GeneOS Should have worked in L1/L2 structure and have good communication skills to speak up in triage calls.

Self-learner, individual/team player. Follow ITIL Process to work on Incident, Problem, Project and Change Management.

Knowledge on deployments and handle post deployment issues. Willing to work in 24/7 rotational environment .

Should have good analytical and debugging skill, good customer service skills and people management skills.

Ability to handle shifts independently.
