Job Description

MBA/MCA/ M. Tech / B. Tech / B.E with 6-9 years of SAP HCM experience which should include minimum 3-5 India Payroll implementation project
Strong India Payroll knowledge
5-7 years of experience in design and configuration of Payroll
SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll
Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI (Finance)
Experience with year-end activities and support packs implementation
Excellent understanding the business requirements of the organization and can prepare Blue print/SDD for implementing the project
Good in gathering information from client on their business requirements
Good in Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes
Should be able to drive the training sessions to users under Train The Trainer
