Job Description

Responsible for end to end recruitment for marketing

Onboarding, Conducting Employee Orientation & Induction Program across all level.
Responsible to manage various training program (Internal as well as External)
Responsible for Employee Engagement programs across all levels.
Managing HR Masters Manually in Excel as well as in HRMS application.
Assisting in Salary Process. F&F of Resigned Employees.
Complete Documentation part including ERD forms of employees along with all the require documents.
