Maintaining&monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, &expenditures Organizing, attending, &participating in stakeholder meetings, such as Progress reviews Documenting&following up on important actions and decisions from meetings Preparing necessary presentation materials relating to project planning for meetings Systematically raising alerts proactively if project milestones and deadlines are likely to slip Re-planning based on project changes.
