Inviting applications for the role of Consultant WebOps Support
GE Coretech (GE Coretech) Information Technology has contracted Genpact to provide team of specialists across several areas of WebOps Infra Support, Genpact will provide support for below listed functions Responsibilities
- Experienced in Web Operations Run & Build Projects on Linux (Apache, JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, etc)
- Should have sound knowledge and working Experience on IT Middleware Platforms such as JBoss, tomcat, apache, WebLogic, IIS
- Knowledge on AWS Services. AWS Solution Architect or Sys Ops Certificate would be an added advantage
- Must have experience on Production support
- Should be well versed in Shell scripting
- Should have experience in Migration of one TechStack to another
- Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience with Jenkins
- Should be proficient in performance tuning, troubleshooting
- Experience on AWS Elastic Load Balancer in depth
- Manage configurations, implementation and maintenance of JBoss, tomcat, WebLogic etc application servers
- Have solid experience with Linux administration.
- Should have worked with tools like Jenkins and its administration
- Should have scripting knowledge for simple automations
- Support development teams with project builds, deployments and troubleshooting
- Design and implement reusable server provisioning with tools such as Ansible/chef
- Support and lead development branching lifecycles in GIT
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like New Relic
- Should have known the concepts on ITIL Framework
- Should have good learning skills and take up any challenge
- Should be Self Driven and good Team Player. Should have excellent communication skills
- Should be willing to work on 24x7 model
Experience with WebOps Support
Experience in Web Build (Installation & Configuration)
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications:Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred qualificationsVery good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
