Senior Microfocus ALM Support Engineer, QA-Testing

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Automation Test Engineer, QA-Testing When building software, we will be going through many stages from initial requirements to go live, it s important to ensure that everything works according to specification. That s why we re looking for a quality assurance engineer to help us maintain our high level of quality. QA tester will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they re dealt with Are you the one we are looking for Responsibilities: We seek for resources with experience in HP ALM Site admin activities Setting up HP ALM Servers in both on premises and Cloud (SAAS) environments. Installing Patches for ALM Application. Integrating ALM with thrid party tools like Jira, Rally, ConnectALL, ClearQuest. Upgrading ALM servers to latest version. Upgrading ALM Projects. Consolidating ALM Servers and Projects. Migrating Tools data to ALM. Installing eApprove Engines on ALM Servers. ALM project level workflow customizations, Troubleshooting critical Issues. Attend all project and customer meeting Able to resolve all technical queries and technical issues related to QA testing. Engage in technical discussions, participate in technical designs and present technical ideas for review & consideration. Work closely with peers and engage with a global, fast paced technical design and development team to deliver tasks to meet product release goals. Finish the planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications:

• B.tech in any relevant branch

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Electronics and communication or relevant field
• Experience in Software Development, Automation and Functional Testing area
• Well verse in understanding requirements, scenario identification, writing test cases, test execution and debugging.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and be self-directed.
• Able to work with distributed team members including time zone flexibility
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
