The scope of this role would involve working on Operational Metrics deepdives related business problems with a razor sharp focus on improving overall customer experience reducing supply defects by leveraging the power of data. Your day to day activity would involveInsight generations using real time to further strengthen decision making models Building reporting tools

Automating operational workflows

Stakeholder management, partnering with leaders in the region to report insights and help take proactive measures
