Agreeya is Hiring US Staffing Professionals at all levels .
Role: US IT Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter
Experience Level: 2 to 5 Years
Location: Kharadi (Pune)
Shift Time: EST/PST
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates with the right skill sets to match the requirements of US clients.
- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting on portals like Dice,Monster, Career Builder,Job Diva,TechFetch.
- Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines of submission for each requisition.
- Must have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
- Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp, c2c).
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing on LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals.
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Qualification: Any graduate Degree or any masters degree
Experience: Any experience 1+ years in US Staffing
Technical Skills: Good understanding of technologies to make Boolean Search
