Roles and Responsibilities


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Overall experience of 12 15 years and at least 4 yrs of Insurance domain experience in (Property &Casualty, P&C). (Must Have)
  • Knowledge about complete P&C insurance value chain (Must Have)
  • Experience of working in Agile framework delivering Process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge on skills like (Java/.NET/Cloud Enablement etc.)
  • Good Hands on Forecasting/Costing/GM tracking etc.
  • Actively participate and lead Pre-Sales activities like Proposals/estimations for the new opportunities within the account growth (Must Have)
  • Manage multiple projects scope and changes, able to oversight end to end delivery for account.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews.
  • Experience into Fixed Bid Projects
  • Provide leadership for account delivery team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
