Software Engineer - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Wells Fargo

About the Role

Our goal is to deliver rapid, valuedriven customer solutions for Sales processes in Wells Fargo. Our Developers are key players in this objective, as they can leverage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality to deliver customer requirements quickly with minimal customization. You ll be a senior developer involved in designing and building solutions for complex business processes. Working predominantly in Agile scrum teams, you ll be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle from low-level design and development through to deployment and post-production support. Job Responsibilities

• Taking impactful features from idea to implementation
• Working with stakeholders to help refine requirements and develop to those requirements
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality integration solutions on Informatica based on industry best practices as well as business needs
• Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
• Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products

• Strong knowledge on Informatica MDM Hub Console.
• Strong hands on experience in using Informatica MDM with strong functional understanding of MDM.
• Develop, Enhance and Support large scale end to end MDM project implementation.
• Monitor, Analyze and participate in business requirement reviews, data modelling, data loading, and data extraction.
• Hands-On Experience in integration with Salesforce or Dynamics CRM systems.
• Good knowledge on Provisioning tool and IDD (Informatica Data Director).
• Good knowledge Hub user exits.
• Technical expertise in JAVA, REST APIs and SIF calls.

• Strong knowledge on Data Analysis, Data Profiling and score cards.
• Proficient in Data Quality practices, cleansing and standardization.
• Working knowledge on Address validator transformation.
• Should have worked with IDQ workflows, deploying applications and scheduling.
• Performance optimization of IDQ workflow/mappings.
• Proficiency with analyst tool, identifying data patterns, crating reference tables.
• Proficiency in Email and Phone number cleansing is mandatory.

• Experience in Banking domain.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
