Role Description:
Responsible to meet customer and client expectations and Sodexo India standards as well as maintain and continuously improve the efficiency and profitability of the operation
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for transitioning new clients won by Sodexo India.
- Responsible for managing new business won with existing large clients.
- Responsible for ensuring Transition function at Sodexo is acknowledged as industry leader in Project.
- Management practices by clients, peers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate Quality of Life proposition by impacting consumer experience right at the beginning.
- Responsible for ensuring profitable organic and inorganic growth.
- Ensure profitability of new clients in line with P&L.
- Ensure implementation of 10 Golden Rules of Finance.
- Ensure all transitions are delivered:
- on-time
- In-budget
- In-scope
- Risk Management.
- Actively monitor site quality scores.
- Sign off and handover.
- Achievement of key transition milestones.
- Established governance framework
- Effective risk management
- Effective stakeholder working relationship

Salary -90k CTC
