Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB To monitoring and mentoring team of ADFC processors engaged in checking and updating static details of customers who are existing account holders and opening another account with the Bank. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team and system management 1. Productivity measurement for team 2. Reject re-verification of forms going on hold for system related queries 3. Communication and escalation to branches on account of customers having multiple customer Ids and thereon impact on KYC compliance Authorization 1. Authorization of customer raising requests in system 2. Authorization of post account opening maintenances in system for new accounts opened.( maintenances which do not happen at the time of account opening in Formware / IDEA ) 3. Authorizations of signature rescan cases highlighted in quality check so that customer signature is available in the system correctly.
