Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION 1 : ZONAL MANAGER (Only Male can apply)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for district coordinators reporting & conversion.
- Responsible for building team & get admissions from district coordinators.
- Responsible to audit and analyze district coordinators work.
- Conduct weekly meeting with district coordinator (record the meeting and send MOM of the same).
- Responsible for admission counselling
- Salary: 20,000 25,000 / month + 3000 travel allowance max
- Incentive: INR 25 / admission.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Person should be aware of Regional Language.
- Should have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience team handling.
- Physically sound.
- Technical skill.
- Time-management.

- Any Post-graduate
- MBA preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION 2: DISTRICT COORDINATOR (Only male can apply)
Role and Responsibilities-
- Responsible for surveyors reporting & conversion.
- Responsible for building team (admissions mandate for surveyors).
- Responsible to get surveys and admissions from surveyors.
- Responsible to audit and analyze surveyors work.
- Conduct weekly meeting with surveyors (video recording of the meeting and MOM of the same required).
- Responsible for admission counselling (If required).
Salary 12,000 15,000 / month + 2000 travel allowance max (bills required).
- Incentive INR 50 / admission.
Shift: Day Shift
Job Type: Full time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Person should be aware of Regional Language.
- Should have minimum 1 to 3 years of experience team handling.
