Job Description

Customer Support

Create and manage product listings.
Monitor and manage product ratings.
Monitor and manage customer queries.
Monitor the inventory levels.
Monitor competitive activities & products.
Generate daily weekly and monthly reports.
Develop & manage Portal Ad & Promo campaigns.
Monitor & manage product shipments.
Coordinate with Portal Relationship Managers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure 100% inventory availability.
Work closely with marketing as well as channel partners for reviewing listings & content on all e-commerce platforms Cataloging
Create shipments, removals, forecast sales , and prepare orders for production Others 1. Ensure the accuracy and meeting timelines of all product launches, promotions marketing campaigns
7. Evaluate account performance, raise disputes, cases, etc. related to reimbursements
8. Maintain and analyze weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly sales data to gain insights on product performance, recognize potential sale improvement areas, etc.
