Exp - 10yrs

Hands-on experience in Bulk hiring/Volume Hiring, Campus hiring, Vendor hiring, High volume daily walk-ins, Mid to Leadership hiring/head hunting.
Collaborated with hiring managers to assess needs, develop strategy and implement work plans to meet the needs of business.
Defining Hiring Benchmarks, Turnaround Time (TAT)
Effective use of social networking resources (LinkedIn, Face book etc.) to maintain and expand long-standing friendly business relationships with working professional
