Job Role: Agency Manager/Senior Agency Manager - Health & Motor

Locations: Bangalore and Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

Selection/hiring quality agents across all line of business -Health and Motor
Developing/nurturing new agents to ensure they are active month on month
Achieving targets assigned for agent hiring and activation
Finding out new avenues to generate quality leads for segmented agent hiring

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Post Graduate Preferable MBA/PGDBM in Marketing & Sales.
Proven track record in academics and sales/job.
Agency experience of minimum 2-3 years is must , preferably candidates should have done agents hiring role
Candidates should be from Life insurance/General Insurance/SAHI
Candidates should be living in same city for more than 5 years , preferably he/she should belong to same city only
Good communication skill and family background is must for this role
