Job Description

Greetings from talent21!!!
We have an urgent opportunity for a Solution Architect.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Need Solution architects who have strong architecting skills, solve business problems, come up with multiple solutions and recommend the best solution for complex problem statements.
2. Solid hands-on experience in architecting multi cloud AWS/ Azure / GCP etc. Should be aware of cloud services and offerings.
3. Should have strong expertise in either of these two areas:
a. Application development: Architect / Design complex application, application modernization, web based and mobile application. Expertise on both on premises and cloud. Should have experience in converting monolith to microservice architecture, understand DevOps pipeline along with nice to have areas like IoT, block chain etc.
b. Big Data and Analytics: Experience in architecting Big data analytics solution, data engineering, data integration, data lake / data warehouse design, BI reporting, advanced analytics etc both on cloud and on premises.
4. Technical and conceptual understanding of AI/ML along with some exposure to developing models building / training custom ML models will be nice to have.
5. Has good programming background or experience with languages such as Python or Java/.NET, Scala etc. Preferably Python given that this is being used across many areas.
6. Need to have consulting skills, work on RFPs, proactive proposals, develop solutions and support delivery teams wherever necessary.
7. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to clearly express their ideas and collaborate with customer, delivery, presales, architecture team.
8. Help in thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs and presentations
