Job Description:

* Act as an important link between the client and the operations team.

*Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queues and communicate feedback to operations team.

*Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them

Job profile:

1. Role : Sr. Customer Support Associate.

2. Candidate will be responsible for handling queries of customers over calls.

Experience : 1 to 3 yrs of experience

Qualification : Any Graduate

Shift : Rotational and Night Shift(5 days work and 2 days rotational off)

2 Way free cab will be available.

Location : Teynampet, Chennai
