Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Proven track history of at least 1-2 years Team Leader.
Must have experience in handling a team of minimum 10 members.
Must have experience in handling Voice or Non-voice processes.
Experience (managing teams across multiple shifts managing process).
Excellent verbal written communication.
Experience in BPO/IT/ITES industry would be an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven track history of at least 1-2 years Team Leader.
Willing to work in Day/Night Shits as well
Proficiency in English language(Both Verbal And Written)
Immediate joiners will preferred
Highly energetic, Self Motivated with Can-Do attitude
