BIM Architects :
Job Description:
Develop schematic design, permit and construction drawings for various types of Architectural projects.
Review and Optimize drawings.
Gather and use information needed to develop effective solutions to difficult problems or situations.
Familiar working with international construction technology and quality standards
To work with enthusiasm and focus to deliver error free and quality controlled deliverables.
Proficiency in various Architectural design concepts and software.
Communicate effectively at all levels, Communicates project status and issues effectively.
Learn and adapt international construction technology and quality standards.
To work with enthusiasm and focus to deliver error free and quality controlled deliverables.
Prior experience of working on International Projects would be an added advantage
B.Arch with experience of working on Revit Architecture
Key Skills: AutoCad, Revit Architecture, Shop Drawings, Construction Documentation Detailing.
Business Development Executive :
Job Description:
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Cold calling team as appropriate within the allocated market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Research and map appropriate database as per the industry standards.
Contribute to Back Links, Open Directories and online registrations.
Keep CRM data up to date on own activities.
Scheduling onsite meetings with prospects.
