Rain Square is an ultra-modern mall, at par with International standards, comprising Commercial Establishments, Multiplex, Fine Dining Restaurant and Quick Service Restaurant.

BUTCHERY CHEFS : Proficiency in preparing high quality cuts of meats according to the desired specifications using company standards and adhering to all safety requirements

DCDP (ICE CREAM MAKER) : Proficiency in making frozen desserts such as fresh Ice cream, Gelato at Live counter.

BARISTAS : Proficiency in preparing and serving a variety of Coffee drinks that meet quality standards and promote coffee consumption among the customers.

DCDP (PIZZA CHEF) : Proficiency in preparing High quality Pizzas and providing excellent service to the customers.

CDP, DCDP, COMMI-1, COMMI-2 (SOUTH INDIAN) : Proficiency in Authentic SOUTH INDIAN dishes specialized in Idli, Dosa, Vada, Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian meals.

DCDP, COMMI-1 (NORTH INDIAN) : Proficiency in Punjabi, Awadhi, Biryani, Handi cuisine.

DCDP, COMMI-2 (TANDOOR) : Proficiency in Veg & Non-Veg Kebabs and Tandoori Breads.

CDP, DCDP, COMMI-1, COMMI-2 (CONTINENTAL, VITAMIN BAR, PANTRY) : Proficiency in Continental, Italian cuisine, Pantry sections, Hot and Cold kitchen, Cut fruits, Juices, Shakes.

DCDP, COMMI-1, COMMI-2 (BAKERY, CONFECTIONARY) : Proficiency in preparing Cakes, Pastries, Tartes, Breads, Puffs, Desserts, Confectionary Items.

COMMI-2 (CHINESE) : Proficiency in Chinese menu items, including rice, noodles, soup, vegetable, and meat dishes.

CDP, DCDP, COMMI-1, COMMI-2 (SWEETS & HOTS) : Proficiency in all North Indian, South Indian Sweets, Hots.

COMMI-1, COMMI-2 (CHAAT) : Proficiency in various varieties of Chaats, specifically Rajasthani, is a must.

BIRYANI MASTERS : Proficiency in Biryani and all Hyderabadi cuisines.

TEA MASTERS : Proficiency in preparation of all varieties of Tea.

DOSA MASTERS : Proficiency in making many varieties of Dosas.

CHEF-INDIAN SNACKS : Proficiency in Bengali street food, Franky rolls, Conti-rolls, Pakodas.

Should preferably be a Graduate/ Diploma holder in Food Production/Catering Technology with vast hands-on experience in 3/5 star hotels or reputed restaurants. Should be willing to innovate & experiment with ingredients and possess good communication & time management skills. Multitasking ability would be advantageous. Aspiring Chefs will have to demonstrate their culinary skills practically in the Food Trial Interview. Free accommodation will be provided.
