About the Job
SFDC tester
Technical Requirements:
3+ years of direct hands - on experience in testing and support of Salesforce.com; Sales , Force.com , Marketing , Service and Community Cloud platforms.
Experience testing apex / triggers / process builder flows / approvals / workflows / visualforce and lightning components on salesforce platform
Ability to interface well with cross - functional teammates.
Strong verbal and written communication , analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong collaboration skills within a global workforce.
Agile project delivery experience is a must have
Strong Integrations testing experience
Experience with medium and large scale Salesforce.com projects
Experience of Performance testing manually as well as utilizing automated testing tools
Other Requirements:
Development of test approaches or strategies for projects
Hands on experience with manual testing
Reviewing and assessing Requirements and Design documents
Determining testing scope appropriate to project
Assessing and communicating Risk to schedule , cost , or quality on projects
Preparing and managing the detailed project testing schedule
Preparing and facilitating the creation and utilization of test plans
Knowledge and experience in use of automated testing tools like Selenium , and other standard QA tools
Tracking and Managing defects through resolution using an internally used Agile tool
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Ability to effectively manage 3 - 6 projects in various stages at the same time
Ability to react to changing project plans and come up with creative alternatives
Ability to work in a collaborative team - oriented environment
Ability to prepare and present project test status reports to management
