Reason for change
Infostretch is looking for a hands on Solutions Engineer Digital Assurance who will work on developing technical solutions and business proposals for our prospects and existing customers.
Ideally you have progressed from a hands-on testing/quality assurance role to a consulting or project/program management or a pre-sales or sales engineering role, while maintaining a strong technical background in Testing, Automation & DevOps.
Or
You are currently in hands-on technical role and have interest, enthusiasm and flair to progress to technical solutioning and pre-sales engineering role.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing quality strategies, frame work recommendations, continuous testing enablement etc. for our current and prospective customers. This position will work with our delivery & practice teams to develop proof of concepts and demos, respond to RFPs/RFIs, proactive and reactive proposals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline
- Overall 5 years of experience, at least 2 years of which in a hands on quality engineering role and has familiarity of following: Test Automation, Selenium, Appium, Native Frameworks, DevOps
- Familiar with: Application Development, Cloud Native Development, Data Engineering
- Good understanding of software SDLC
- Exposure and high level understanding of enterprise grade distributed cloud solutions
- Microservices, REST APIs, Big Data, Analytics, DevOps, Test Automation
- Demonstrated passion for diving into technical issues and solving customer problems
- Demonstrated critical thinking and advanced troubleshooting skills and qualities
- Ability to apply solutions, technology, and products to a business opportunity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to present technical solutions concisely to any audience
- Must be able to coordinate with several cross-functional teams
- Collaborate and maintain a close working relationship with sales, practice and delivery teams
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience working at a systems integrator or Consulting in IT Services industry
- Experience as a QA Lead/Technical Project Manager
- Hands-on development experience
- Test Automation/DevOps/RPA Certifications
