Job Description

DUTIES AND TASKS:

Developing and providing maintenance support for WordPress sites
Integrating external plugins
Optimizing page speed of WordPress sites
Implementing SEO/CRO best practices in WordPress sites
Creating responsive website designs
Working with version control systems such as GIT

EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

Strong knowledge of WordPress Platform
Expertise in WP Plugin Integration (WooCommerce, WPML, Membership plugins etc)
Should understand how to make WordPress manageable from admin panel
Understands WP architecture and knows how to perform database and code optimization for WordPress
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap
Good expertise in Responsive Web Design
A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
Understanding of W3C Web Standards/Semantics and Accessibility Guidelines
Must have a good laptop/desktop with access to webcam, microphone
Basic understanding of cloud and deploying Wordpress site in Cloud like AWS
Basic understanding of web security
