Required

JavaScript / ES6 / etc.
HTML - Document Object Model, DOM events, page lifecycle, etc.
CSS - selector specificity, properties, etc.
Responsive Design techniques for mobile websites
Chrome/Firefox developer tools (Chrome Dev Tools, etc.)
Unit test skills & discipline (Jasmine, Jest, etc.)
Version Control / Git
Detail orientation, experience with Agile, scrum.
Good communicator and team player

Big plus

Experience developing against accessibility standards - WCAG, etc
Experience developing secure website from XSS, etc.
Browser performance improvement engineering strategies.
Flexbox layout module of CSS
Web components usage

Nice to have

CSS preprocessor experience - Sass, Less, Stylus, etc.
GraphQL experience (calling queries & mutations)
React (not required)
