An EdTech MNC hiring Graduate freshers or experienced candidates for the roles Inside Sales Associate/ Inside Sales Manager.
Location: Mahadevapura,Bengaluru
Shift: 5 Days Rotational with 2 Rotational Week offs
Salary: 21k-26k take home+ variables(incentives,bonus)
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategy
- Report sales metrics
- Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing)
Qualifications:
- Btech, BSc, BCA or any PG/G with sound technical knowledge preferred!!
- 0-3 years relevant management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Self starter
