Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Healthcare Payors
In this role, you will be responsible to review each page of scanned medical records to make sure that the medical records retrieved contain the correct member name and date of birth, contain information requested by the client and that the scanning quality of the chart is 90% legible.
Responsibilities
Communicate issues to management in a timely manner.
Ensure that confidentiality of data collected and stored is maintained.
Review assigned documents in a timely and efficient manner.
Meet goals for efficiency, accuracy and speed. Screening of document received from customers and accordingly assess pre-existing conditions
Figure out risk as per underwriting guidelines and standard procedures
Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards
Get along with Onshore /Offshore and customer in an encouraging and professional manner via email and on calls
Balance own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met.
Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
To investigate and resolve any membership or eligibility queries that have been raised by Internal or external customers
Ensure all requested updates are evidenced & supported to audit purpose
Detail oriented, organised and thorough, with strong personal focus on accuracy
Proven technical proficiency involving calculations, basic mathematical principles and grasping of financial analysis concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven understanding of medical terminology.
