Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Marketing Analytics
In this role, you will be responsible for marketing MIS & analytics for BFS business. You will provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS). You will be responsible to generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner. You will develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
You will provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency, perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis, develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication, provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
You will work to generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Your role will function to understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions, analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. You will participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues
You will be expected to be focused on BFS industry s realities and pain points and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.
Responsibilities
Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
Create Jobs using Crontab, SAS Data Integration Studio
Create customized reporting solution using Proc Report
Develop dynamic Dashboard using MS excel/SAS Application and reports
Support Daily Production Jobs/Reporting. Candidate should analyze the data pulled from warehouse and do quality checks before reporting out the data
Candidate should work directly with the client on allocated project with direct communication through email and meetings

Preferred qualifications
B. Tech/ M. Tech, MBA, Science Graduate/ Postgraduate would be preferred.
Skills Proficiency in MS OFFICE
Knowledge of Banking and Credit card domain
Ability to analyze multi-dimensional data
Good PC SAS Skills and understanding the functionality and usage of SAS BI tools
