Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - NOC
Responsibilities
Good knowledge and understand basic functionality of various Operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux).
Basic knowledge on networking concepts. (Routers, switches & DSL/MPLS connectivity)
Knowledge of ITIL concepts is a must.
Ready to work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 monitoring of the IT infrastructure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Zeal to learn new technologies, technical concepts and implement them effectively whenever required.
Understand various technologies and adapt to high pressure situations.
Actively participates in team discussions and activities.
Act as a first point of escalation/consultation for the team on all technical, procedural and processes related queries.
Analyze, acknowledge & record each & every alert in the monitoring tools & handle the alerts as per their impact.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
IS and business/industry work experience
