Job Description:
Technical support to the users via Phone or in Person or Remote Control for software and hardware issues.
Coordination with Technical Leads, other support teams, Service providers and hardware vendors for timely resolution of cases.
L1 level technical support and monitoring for other IT Infrastructure and Services like Network, Security, Data Centre operations, Server administration and Endpoint Management.
Other jobs falling in the ambit of IT / IT support / Services as assigned by BPCL Management.
Should be working in corporate environment.
Mandates:
2 years of experience in IT / IT support and services profile
B.E. /B. Tech in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ECE or BCA or B.Sc (Comp) from a recognized university. (Note : Only Computer Science Background)
Should be graduated.
Preferred - Certified in Hardware, Services and Infrastructure / Network / Security / IT Management from recognized certification authority
Technical and Technical Support Engineering Skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
