Job locations:Cochin|Kochi, Chennai, Bangalore
Job brief
We are looking for a technical manager who can build and lead a team. He/she should be
able to support the team with their technical queries and also oversee their growth and
Development.
Responsibilities
Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications
and procedures
Find solutions for business problems and own the technical deliveries from the team.
Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the
integration of technical activities
Analyze the requirements, review and approve product design and changes
Ensure that coding and security standards are met
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize
development efficiency
Constantly bring and implement product innovation and ideas to improve customer
Experience
Build the development team and oversee their career growth
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Software Development
Proficient in developing a dynamic web app with Django, Python framework following best coding
practices.
Should be able to code with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Core Java, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, spring boot, Hibernate, JSF
Knowledge of AngularJS/ReactJS/NodeJS /.NET, MVC is good to have
Experience in Design Patterns
Self motivated, positive individual, who is eager to take up challenges like finding a technical
solution for a business problem
Excellent communication skills; should be able to communicate with the customers (email
and voice calls)
Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
